This project is one complex controller for Intelligent equipment, YSY provides whole production and assembly for the boxes. After studying and comfirming the final drawing, our production manager used the material of the spcc, all the tolerance was under 0.02mm for all the holes, especially for the matching of the screen with the body, all the buttons and plugs measurements were double checked by our engineer and tested one by one before final assembly. YSY provides suggestions for our partners to improve the space of inside, and make the assembly much easier, and adjust some positions of the PCB board

Hinge Handle For Electric Scooter

This project is for the popular electric scooter in the market, all the beams, hginges, handles,etc. YSY got the design from our partners, and our engineering teams studies the drawing carefully, and optimize the design, we make the handle with tooling to keep the angle degree to performce shape, and we set up the JIG for welding to control the welding position; for the hinges, YSY used precise cnc machining to control the measurement, YSY quality control team checks all the samples carefully to control all the key measurement, and once testing the matching of each parts; then YSY start to do the assembly work, and design the package based on the samples. With high quality production levels, YSY did the surface finishing with sandy blast firstly, then anodzing, the we did the laser cutting for the logo, and for the cap, after machining, then we did gauffre on the round edges, then surface finishing, and silk print of the marking.

Electrical Box with installation resolustion

When we received the inquiry from our client, they only have a rough reference picture that they want to purchase an electric box to control their machine. No specifications, no technical requirements, even no size data. In order to help our client get the right product they are looking for, YSY team supply ODM service to arrange 3 solutions and 9 times video meeting to help our client confirm technical requirements one by one. The most difficult job is electrical diagram design, it’s need to recognize the electronic part function and specification to suitable the client current electrical system, our engineering team optimiza our current design again and again.

Finally, we supply the BOM list including more than 30 types of different brand’s product, ABB, Schneider, GE, Chint etc, we win the challenge.

 After 4 weeks hard works with our production team and engineering team, we finished the samples and delivery it to client in time.Besides, our team supply 7*24 technical support help our client debuggring the electric box to ensure its meet the real application requirements.
